Song Of Tha Week: Playboi Carti- Magnolia (prod. by Pierre Bourne)

Song of the week is "Magnolia" By Atlanta native Playboi Carti. Playboi aka "Cash Carti" has been doing his thing for a minute now, but you might just be getting hip. Signed to interscope records in 2016, Carti has featured on tracks with artists ranging from Gucci Mane to ASAP Rocky. This newest track Magnolia is definitely summer ready, as he appears to be gearing up for a debut Mixtape Release. DTLR : 5th Element Fashion Showcase

DTLR hosted the 5th Element Fashion Show in Atlanta at the GA Freight Depot. It was nothing short of Entertaining. There were several Celebs in the building as DTLR gave us a look into their all new summer collections. The Red Carpet was laid out and the vibe was official...

Hip Hop and R&B performances were also blended into this rip the runway style Event. YFN Lucci and Several Other Dope Artists had it Lit. This was the second annual Fashion show that has been held in the "ATL "and  with the success to date there will be many more.

The Fashion Show was followed by a small mixer / afterparty Sponsored by Mitchell and Ness featuring Live mannequins rocking looks from the Hottest Streetwear and Athletic lifetstyle brands. Check out some pics below and let us know your thoughts in the comments!

                         

Song of Tha Week: Migos- "What the Price" produced by Ricky Racks

Fresh off the # 1 Album in the country "Culture". The Migos have made a big push in late 2016 and early 2017. With the instant success of the song "Bad and Bougie" they have been propelled into the national spotlight once again. The song of tha week is titled "What the Price", Centering around the success and everything that comes along with it. Better product equals higher prices according to the Migos... Production features include Ricky Racks, 808 godz, and Keanu Beats. This mellow baseline and hypnotic guitar riffs paired with the Migos flow makes for a solid track thats definitely worth the listen. Street Looks v6: The Simple Fit

This Street Looks focuses on the art of the Simple Fit. Simple fits can be put together quite easily using subtle items from your wardrobe that would normally not go together or have a direct tieback. 

This edition utilized the extended Denim woven paired with a hooded long sleeve t-shirt. The colors offset each other and make for a really soft blend that wears very comfortably.

The headwear and shoes are used to supply the pops of color that bring the ensemble to life.

Distressed Denim is currently a favorite,  and gives a worn and vintage feel to the ensemble bringing it all together.
